As a youngster I was told my family name came from Lancashire,
so a google had us driving all over the place trying to find
Dewsnap Lane.
On the corner was a Pub,
which had this poster...
Well I had to have a photo didn't I?
A woman walked past & asked Alison
Is that what he wants to look like?
So when she explained there was huge giggles...
Don't I already look like that???
We tried to find another site but that's it...
So I don't think this is where the name came from...
