Now of course the most famous part of this area is the Three Sisters (seen above). As the story goes the three sisters were changed to stone by the Magic Man to protect them from another tribe that was attacking them. Unfortunately he was killed in the assault so the Three Sisters remain to this day in stone...
Outside the Scenic World was a sculpture of the Three Sisters in their human form...Stephen had to wait for all the tourists to move to be able to get this photo........(actually I asked them to give me a turn, or something like that !!!!!! S.D.)
Some of the lookouts give you a fabulous view of them.....think I still prefer the first photo!!!!!!
