There is the famous Katoomba Experience which involves a Cable car that descends 500 meters to a board walk area that was were all the mining had been done...hence photo above. There was also a train that went quite literally straight up...this used to be how they dragged the coal from the mines to the top...then they used to use it for people to get to the top...then they changed the train into a more user friendly train...not that it was to user friendly for me. Stephen and I had got separated and I ended up having to come up on this contraption on my own...not happy Jan!
The water falls and cascades were in full flow, so always a picture then on it goes to a 250 mt. drop.... spectacular !!!!
The third section was the trip on the Sky Rail, this goes across the valley and at its highest point is 250 meters from the ground...now I know that does not really deserve the face being pulled here....but just check out why!!!!!
As you go across the opaque glass under your feet becomes clear...not a good look with Vertigo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
