Esperence

We have been very remiss in our up keep of the blog...so apologies to all those that have been following our adventures.

When I have eventually got back to this point I realised that I never even finished the September 2010 trip..so forget the dates on these and I will try to remember all the details.

While down in Esperance we spent a few days out at Lucky Bay....with cold nights and a full moon Stephen was in his element.
We also did some wild flower photo gathering...with these examples to wet the appetite. Above is the Ground Banksia.....amazing plant.
The rare Pink Fairy Orchid...rare for some but Stephen found a nice couple of patches which blow away a few of our fellow traveler's who where seasoned wild flower enthusiasts.
The Qualup Bell has a fantastic colour range and is unique to the Fitzgerald National Park. This was one occasion when the Birds to second place to the Flora.

The rock formations where stunning to...would you believe this is one of the spots that Stephen found the Orchid...you would think that it would never find a foot hold on this rock but it does!!!!
