In the begining there was just a thought of a thought of an adventure. That was about two years ago now.After many viewing and design changes Stephen and I selected the Trailcraft 640 Dirtroad caravan. This process took about a year , then the van took another 7 months.
We collected the van, named Turtle in November 2007 and the picture here is of our first trip to Dwellingup on a shake down trip. Fabulous time except that the shake down also shook off Stephen's bike of the back!
Anyway, this blog is being set up so that the trip around Australia will be documented for all the see. I will put up some more pictures and details before we head off. I might even try to do a video! The learning curve is getting bigger and bigger!!
