Well it was time for a break !
So we loaded up T and T and headed South.
Lake Towerrinning was the first stop.
Alison and I did a quick reccie and saw this
Gorgeous Dude.
Deborah and Anthony were our travel companions.
So Debs and I took off looking for subjects !
Being a working farm the Sheep were about.
We went up to the Top of the Lake and sure enough
Swans , Spoonbills , Pelicans , Ducks and more .

But the promised rain was on the way !!!!
So what else do you do ?
Sit on the edge of the Lake with a red
and watch the Sun go down !
The photographers amoungst us were up at Sparrows !
To catch the rising Sun.
We stopped at Kojonup for a coffee.
What a great way to display Beautiful's Feathers !
From there to Denmark.
The Sun came out so we went to Albany...as you do !
The Natural Bridge.
Then out to The Gap
With it's new Lookout...

I just loved looking straight down at the water !
Clearly photographers are braver than their partners !
Out to the Old Leper Colony , and we got a look
at the old ship we had seen from the other side of
Princess Charlotte Harbour.
Then back to the town for F and C's for a late lunch.
We had seen a picture of this at
West Cape Howe Winery.
So we went to find it !
The photographers had a ball !
We needed to go to
The Lake House !!!
" The Love Birds "
And this in a Farm down the road .
Not quite a Barn Find !
In Original Condition !!
Because I liked it ....
Then this...
A little Red Eared Firetailed Finch .
A stunning Fungus .
Simply because !
You don't see many of those around here !
Outside Old Kent River Winery.
A Bloody Big Blue Marron .
Then D and A and I went Green Pool
then onto Elephant Rock !
A lovely spot .
A gorgeous Pied Oyster Catcher patrolling .
Shame the weather was a bit ordinary ,
it would've been stunning if the sky was blue .
Another day we headed to
Shelly Beach.
The road in was something I wanted to photograph
many times.....So I did !
Up on the Lookout.
The Creek was flowing .
On the last morning......
The Sparrows were a calling !
And the Pelicans were a Cruising !

Not bad Huh !
These are a bit out of order ...
But the only one who'll care is me !
This is the mouth of the inlet at Ocean Beach ,
flowing beautifully .
Being in the right place at the right time .
Caspian Tern and Red Capped Plovers
I'm told !
And the Waves were Spectacular !
